It is a distillate obtained exclusively by infusing a mixture of coffee beans, after roasting, in juniper distillate. The resulting product does not undergo any addition of essences or chemical flavourings. The juniper distillate itself is the result of the aromatic extraction from juniper berries infused in grain alcohol.
The process is quite complex and fragmented, developing in several stages. The filtration also takes place 'artisanally'. It is always advisable to avoid exposing the distillate to direct light or any heat sources.
The aim is to obtain a base that is linear, gentle and particularly characterising, but as suitable as possible for enhancing the aromatisation.
