For several centuries, the Cachaça is the traditional brandy of Brazil.
Unlike the traditional rum distilled from molasses, it is mainly made with sugar cane juice, obtained by grinding in the hours following the harvest.
The Sagatiba Pura continuously distilled has a powerful attack, with notes of cane, vanilla and also a spicy tip. Its purity is expressed by its absence of heaviness or of notes too acrid, its frank and delicate aromas.
