A selection of slightly different botanicals creates a palate full of fresh citrus, crystallized peels and a pinch of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.
