The 30 botanicals include lavender – directly from fallow vineyards in the valley Konzer Talchen – thyme aroma and lemon grown in the garden, juniper, sloe, rosehip, angelic, roses and other flowers. Also wordy of note is the almond, coriander and ginger that contribute to the balance of this Gin. In the production process it reaches 90-95 vol. alcohol, then passes through several distillation processes and is later reduced with water.
