The master-distiller, Andreas Vallendar, carefully combines Riesling grapes of Zilliken property with over 30 select botanicals from its vineyards for their Saar Dry Gin, the basis of this Saar Quince Gin. Then adds an infusion of 2011 Rausch Kabinett – which in 2013 was awarded 92 points by Gault Millau and also distinguished as the best wine of this year – and then the quince-pear making this Ferdinand’s Saar Quince Gin. This golden gin symbolizes the perfect balance between sweet, acid and bitter.
