The elaboration of Gin Qiu goes through a triple distillation of grains of an exceptional softness.

Through this triple distillation, a neutral alcohol is obtained, in which the juniper berries are subsequently macerated in stills that have been traditionally used (since 1978) to produce gin. Then the different skins of citrus are infused to bring freshness to Gin Qiu. To finish the preparation, once the maceration of the ingredients has elapsed, a fourth distillation is performed to round the product.
The botanical ingredients of Gin Qiu are: juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon peel, fresh orange peel and bitter orange peel.
- Fresh and soft with citrus notes.
- Very balanced with the obvious citrus notes provided by citrus peel and cilantro. On the palate there are also dry touches of cardamom and an end with sweet notes.
