The method of production is still today carried out in a still produced by the legendary John Dore who, through a perfect combination of herbs, spices, fruits and flowers, together with the mixture with a grain of neutral alcohol, previously distilled four times, achieve greater purity. The distiller makes use of the process used for centuries, known as "Batch Process" distillation, which is the purest way to get "the best gin".
