For this fourth edition of this multi-vintage blend, Olivier Paultes chose the year 1982 for its rancio style with oxidative notes of dried fruit and nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts), spices, wood and wax; the year 1983 with its fruity character which, despite its age, is pulpy and fleshy; and finally the 1985 setting elegance and finesse, harmonizing and accentuating the vintages 1982 and 1983.
