Bottega Gold is obtained by the vinification in white of the Glera grapes, grown in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills. These grapes are hand picked and taken directly into the winery where the stalks are eliminated and the grapes are softly pressed. The must obtained is maintained in stainless steel containers at 0° degrees and then fermented in autoclave for nearly 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C, with the addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method).
