Nose
Fruity fresh and fine. It appears after the maturity with characters of ripe fruits and confectioners of raisins and crystallized fruits.
Taste
Soft. The middle of the mouth is soft, fleshy, rich with grapefruit flavors. The finish is always thin and all in alignment with a touch of spice reminiscent of licorice stick.

Very pale yellow color. The bubbles, thin and light, rise regularly to form a strand of delicate foam.
