Pinots Noir grapes, one part (12%) of which are vinified in red, come from large vintages of the Montagne de Reims. Originating from Côte des Blancs ('Grand Cru', classified 100% on the Champagne wine list), the chardonnay grapes provide a blend of refinement and freshness.
