This high proportion of Chardonnay, is unique among quality non-vintage champagnes; has a minimum aging period of three years in the basement, where it reaches the peak of its aromatic maturity, which makes the Taittinger Brut Réserve a delicately balanced champagne known throughout the world for the consistency of its excellent quality.
