Ayala Brut Millesime 2006 Vintage Champagne is a magnificent vintage Cuvée from an exceptional year. A true expression of the intensity and the richness of Grand Cru Pinot Noir which accounts for 80% of the blend. The remaining 20% is Chardonnay, also from Grand Crus vineyards.

The result is a sumptuous, generous and full-bodied wine, well developed aromas of honey, acacia, toast and chestnut, very Pinot Noir. 2006 was a perfect climate for an excellent vintage reminiscent of the 1970 harvest.A superb bouquet and fabulous on the palate: this vintage is one of best in the last 40 years.
