MONIN manufacture originated in 1912 in Bourges, France. 

It started as a culinary inspiration of a passionate 19-year-old Frenchman Georges Monin and now the brand MONIN distributes more than 140 various flavour concentrates for different types of beverages and desserts to more than 140 countries.
Through more than a hundred years of creative production the company developed flavours based on fruit, flowers, nuts, candy, herbs, liqueurs, chocolates and popular desserts.
