The history of Quinta das Bágeiras is already down to the work of 3 generations, however only in 1989, and under the purview of Mario Sérgio, began to bottle and sell the wines under the name Quinta das Bágeiras. In good time they started, as it soon became a reference in Bairrada wines and in Portugal.
