ZIMBRO is dedicated, for about 3 decades, to the production of liqueurs and spirits and also to its distribution in Portugal and abroad. It began its activity in the late 80's in the village of Tortosendo, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, by the hands of its mentor Artur Aleixo, accompanied by a solid and fundamental team of collaborators until today.
Beginning its activity with the production of traditional Serra da Estrela liqueurs - one of the calling cards of this emblematic region - and some market-oriented products, the company has grown and progressed over the years. It currently boasts a portfolio of around seven dozen products under its own production brands, such as Serrano liqueur, Serra da Estrela sour cherry and Wild Snow Dog Dry
