In development for over two years, Sun Doors is a project by Ribatejo businessman Vítor Almeirão, who started out in agriculture and now divides his activity between grass production, sale of firewood and recycling, among other businesses, and now drinks.

The idea of creating a gin came about three years ago, after some trips abroad, particularly to countries where beer consumption is very popular. He began to appreciate artisanal beers and found them to be of higher quality and healthier. When he returned to Portugal, he started brewing his own beer, to drink with friends.
