Before long, O'live became a company whose ambitions went beyond the simple olive gin. His urge to create continued to grow, so much so that after 'O'live gin - the original', spicy, floral and innocent were added to the O'live family.

Having created these delicate types of gin, the company was still keen to invent some new and unique products. It wasn't long before it was said, but done! The signature liqueur, the elegant rum, the non-alcoholic rum and the delicious avocado were created.
