No detail is too small. In spring, the team of distillers go out to pick enough gorse flowers for a whole year. These are dried and placed in a pack, to hold the unique flavours and aromas.

The locally harvested botanicals are distilled and bottled by hand. Many plant ingredients are used to add more flavour.
