With Classico, Del Professore's aim was to recreate the style of Vermouth popular in Italy at the end of the 18th century, to reclaim its traditional and legitimate role as a ready-to-drink aperitif.
Vermouth Del Professore Classico is a living and constantly evolving product, from the infusion tank to the bottle. It has a beautiful amber colour and a complex bouquet of flowers, ripe fruits and spices, such as vanilla, clove and mace. The subtle mouthfeel is in perfect balance with sweetness, refreshing notes of citrus fruits and cinnamon and a delicate finish of cinchona and gentian.
